Each window gets washed by hand and finished with a squeegee for a clean, streak-free edge, while screens come out, get rinsed separately, and go back in once the frame is dry.

Does this include the inside of my windows?
No, this service covers exterior glass only, along with the screens and frames. It's the side that takes the brunt of pollen, hard water from sprinklers, and general Texas dust, and where most of the visible buildup actually lives.
Can you actually get rid of hard water spots?
Yes, in most cases. Mineral deposits from sprinklers or hard water respond well to our pre-treatment and hand-cleaning process. Spots that have etched into the glass over several years may lighten rather than disappear completely, and we'll let you know honestly what to expect before we start.
What's that hazy film that shows up on windows every spring?
That's pollen, and it's heavy enough around Tomball, Cypress, and Spring that it can film over glass within a couple of weeks during peak season. It clings more than regular dust, which is why we pre-treat before washing instead of just rinsing it off.
Do you clean the screens too?
Yes, screens come off during the process, get rinsed clean of dust and pollen buildup, and go back in once everything's dry. A dirty screen can undo a lot of the clarity from a fresh window wash, so we don't skip it.
How often should exterior windows be cleaned?
