Oil-Stain Reduction
Engine leaks, transmission fluid, dropped tools — oil stains on concrete happen. We treat the affected area with industry-leading products made for the job.
Up to about 4 square feet of concrete is included; larger areas are quoted once we see them. Because results depend on the stain's age, depth, and the type of oil involved, oil stains are typically substantially reduced — this isn't a guaranteed full removal, and we'll always be upfront about what to expect before we start.
How to add it
Mention it when you request your quote for driveway, walkway, or parking lot cleaning, and we'll build it into your estimate as a line item.
Rust-Stain Reduction
Rust from sprinkler heads, patio furniture, or metal fixtures leaves stubborn stains on concrete. We give them the same specialized treatment as oil stains.
Up to about 4 square feet of concrete is included; larger areas are quoted once we see them. Rust stains are typically substantially reduced, but due to a variety of factors, no specific guarantee as to the final result can be made — we'll always be upfront about what to expect before we start.

Gutter Brightening
A freshly washed roof can make gutters look dingy by comparison — shingle tar streaks and oxidation build up on the exposed face and bottom of the gutter over time.
Gutter brightening removes shingle tar streaks and oxidation from the exposed face and bottom of your gutters. Results depend on the age and severity of the staining, and some deeply set or weathered discoloration may not fully lift, even with our specialized treatment.

Furniture & Belongings Removal
Porch furniture, planters, grills, yard décor in the way of the areas we're cleaning? We've got you.
For the best result, we normally ask that loose items be moved clear of the work area before we arrive. Would rather not deal with it? For a flat $50, we'll move everything out of the way and set it right back when we're done, so you don't have to lift a finger.
