The earlier the better! Our North Houston neighbors typically start booking in September and October. By early November, our schedule gets pretty packed. We recommend reaching out by October 1st to get your preferred installation date – especially if you want them up before Thanksgiving. But hey, if you’re reading this in November, still give us a call! We’ll do our best to squeeze you in. The early birds also get the best selection if you’re purchasing lights through us.
We exclusively use our own commercial-grade LED lights – and here’s why that’s actually great news for you! We retain ownership of all the lights and hardware, which means YOU never have to worry about storing them, maintaining them, replacing broken bulbs, or buying new ones when they wear out. It’s all part of our service! This is how we can offer that Forever Warranty – since we own the lights, we’re responsible for keeping them perfect year after year.
Got a special wreath, garland, or other decorations? No problem! If you have one of our lighting packages, we’re happy to install your personal decorative items too. We’ll even store them with your lights if you’d like! Just know that customer-provided items aren’t covered under our warranties – you assume the risk for any storage issues like rodent damage or theft, and we can’t guarantee replacement if something happens during installation or the season. But we’ll treat your items with care, just like we do with everything else!
If you ever decide to cancel service, you have the option to purchase the lights (as is) at a prorated rate based on their age, but most folks love not having boxes of tangled lights in their garage! Plus, if you move to a new home in North Houston, we move with you and move your service to your new home. No hauling lights to the new house, no reinstallation headaches – we handle it all!

Installation time can vary greatly! Homes can take as little as 45min to upwards of 4-5 hours for installation, depending on the size and complexity of your design. Got a huge property or intricate roofline? Might take a bit longer. Simple ranch-style home? Could be quicker. We’ll give you a time estimate during your consultation so you can plan your day. Our crew works efficiently without cutting corners – we’re all about doing it right the first time. And don’t worry, we clean up after ourselves!
Texas weather, right? Don’t worry – our commercial-grade installations are built to handle whatever Mother Nature throws at us. Rain, wind, even those crazy December cold snaps – your lights will keep shining bright. If extreme weather does cause any issues, just give us a call and our Season-Long Maintenance means we’ll be out quickly to fix it at no extra charge. We typically schedule takedowns starting the first week of January and running through the end of the month. We know some folks like to keep the magic going through New Year’s, while others are ready to pack it up right after Christmas. Just let us know your preference! After takedown, we handle all the storage at our facility – no more boxes of tangled lights taking up space in your garage. Everything’s labeled, organized, and ready to go when next season rolls around. It’s one less thing for you to worry about during the busy holiday season!
This is our pride and joy! Since we own and maintain all the lights and hardware, we guarantee them for as long as you are a customer. Bulb burns out? We replace it free. Clip breaks? New one’s on us. Storm damage? Covered. You literally never have to buy a single replacement bulb or worry about anything breaking. As long as you’re our customer, everything’s covered – no fine print, no “gotchas.” Moving to a new home? We’ll transfer your service there! Decided to cancel after a few years? You can purchase the lights with or without the lighting diagram at a fair prorated rate (as is) based off of the age of the lights. Absolutely! While we exclusively provide the Christmas lights, we’re happy to install your special decorative items like wreaths, garland, or other holiday decorations as part of your lighting package. Got a gorgeous wreath for your front door? We’ll hang it! Beautiful garland for your columns? We’re on it! We’ll even store these items with our lights if you’d like.
Just keep in mind that customer-provided items don’t come with our Forever Warranty – if your wreath breaks or garland wears out, you’ll need to provide replacements. And while we store them carefully, customer items are stored at your own risk for any storage issues (like rodent damage or theft). But don’t worry – we treat your special items with the same care we give everything else. It’s all part of making your holidays hassle-free!
